1、 Delivery time
The delivery time depends on your region and the logistics company's delivery method.
Under normal circumstances, we will arrange delivery for you within hours after your payment, and normal shipments will be made on Saturdays and Sundays. During large-scale promotional activities, there may be slight delays in shipping. If the goods have already been shipped but have not been received for a long time, please be patient or contact the logistics company. If there are special circumstances (warehouse inventory, holidays), weather, manpower and other factors that result in delayed delivery or extended delivery time, Qiloo Intelligence will notify in advance in the form of a notice. Due to the uncertainty in logistics distribution, please understand that we cannot guarantee an accurate delivery time.
If the delivery area is remote, the logistics delivery time is longer. We suggest that you visit the corresponding logistics company website in your region to learn about the latest logistics status of the goods, or contact our customer service to ask the courier deliver the package to your address, but if we failed to contact you,the package will be returned back and reprocessed.
Possible reasons that may affect normal shipping:
A. Buyer's message: After confirming the order payment, customer service will confirm the message. We will contact you for further verification based on the message content first. If you leave a message on your order, it may affect normal shipping.
B. The buyer's address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in inability to deliver and delayed delivery time.
C. Order out of stock: Customer service will contact you promptly to confirm the order cancellation or refund process.
